Steak & Egglife Wrap Lean & Green Meal
Ingredients:
- 5 oz. NY Strip Steak
- 1 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 Egglife wraps (Plain)
- 1/2 serving (1/2 cup) canned green beans (drained)
- 1/2 serving (1/4 cup) jicama (diced)
- 1 serving (1/2 cup) mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 serving (1 cup) cucumber (sliced)
- 1.5 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon light ranch dressing
- 1/4tsp garlic powder
- 1/4tsp onion powerder
- 1/2tsp itlaian seasoning
Instructions:
- Grill or pan-sear the steak over medium heat until it reaches your desired doneness. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- In a non-stick skillet, sauté the mushrooms lightly until tender. Set aside.
- Prepare the vegetables (green beans, jicama, cucumber) and combine them in a bowl.
- Mix the light mayonnaise and ranch dressing in a small bowl to create a sauce.
- Warm the Egglife wraps in a dry skillet for about 15 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the wraps: Place steak slices, sautéed mushrooms, and cheese into the wraps. Add some of the sauce.
- Serve with the fresh veggie mix on the side and drizzle the remaining sauce over the vegetables if desired.
