Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 6 oz cooked chicken breast
- 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp almond flour

For the Chicken
- Preheat air fryer to 375F.
- In a small bowl, mix nutritional yeast and almond flour.
- Coat chicken in the mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
For the Slaw
- In a bowl, combine chopped dill pickles, jicama, cherry tomatoes, and napa cabbage.
- In a separate bowl, mix light mayo and dry ranch seasoning.
- Toss the dressing with the slaw and let sit for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
