Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 oz of beef
- 37 g of celery, diced
- 21 g of broccoli sprouts
- 120 g of cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 30 g of jicama, shredded
- 27 g of Napa cabbage
- 30 g raw spinach shredded
- 2 tablespoons of ginger concentrate
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Oregano powder
- 1-2 cups of water (optional, based on preference)
Instructions
- Sear the beef in an Instant Pot until browned.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot.
- Warm the mixture until the celery becomes soft.
- Add 1-2 cups of water, based on your preferred consistency.
- Serve and enjoy your Beef Stew!
