Ingredients:

- Haddock β 7 ounces (raw weight, yields about 6 oz cooked) β 1 Leanest
- Coating:
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Green:
- Romaine Lettuce β 1.5 cups (1 Full Serving)
- Cherry Tomatoes β 1/4 cup (1/2 Serving)
- Mushrooms β 1/2 cup (1/2 Serving)
- Broccoli Sprouts β 1/2 cup (1 Full Serving)
Healthy Fats & Condiments:
- Light Italian Dressing β 2 tbsp (1 Healthy Fat)
- Dill Relish Dip:
- 1 tbsp diced dill pickle (condiment)
- 1 tbsp light mayo (1 Healthy Fat)
Instructions:
- Pat haddock dry. Mix nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Lightly coat the haddock with the seasoning mix.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Combine romaine, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli sprouts. Toss with light Italian dressing.
- Mix light mayo and diced dill pickle to create the dipping sauce.
- Plate the air-fried haddock alongside the fresh salad and dill relish dip.
